Job Overview
- CAD Proficiency: Strong experience in concept modeling and detailed drawing creation, preferably CREO
- Task Ownership: Ability to own tasks independently without needing constant supervision
- Process Tools: Good experience with ECN processes and Windchill. Exposure to DevOps.
Eligibility Criteria
- Process Tools: Good experience with ECN processes and Windchill. Exposure to DevOps.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), manufacturing processes (sheet metal, die casting, injection molding), and engineering materials. Ability to understand the technical requirements and execute assignments. Knowledge of industry standards preferred.
- Communication: Ability to work in a team environment and communicate technical ideas.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in mechanical design or drafting
Job Description
- Support larger projects through creation of detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings (drafting) for mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems.
- Work status Documentation in DevOps and excels
- Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), engineering change orders, and technical specifications.
- Work with manufacturing and engineering teams for execution of assigned tasks.
- Ensure CAD designs and drawings adhere to industry standards.
- Conduct reviews and implement feedbacks
