Job Overview
- Engineering and design support of Industrial equipment such as compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers and subsystems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 8+ Years of Relevant experience after graduation.
- Excellent communication skills
- 4+ Years of Hands-on experience in Design and engineering BOM release using PLM, large assembly drawings, data sheets and creation of P&ID
- 4+ years of CAD experience in Inventor and Vault is a must.
- 5+ years of experience in New Product Design and VAVE Projects (i2v-Innovate to value) of Industrial products and Rotating Equipment.
- Experience in interpreting Scope of Work and create a detailed project planning activities – Min 4+ year of hands-on experience.
Job Description
- Main responsibilities include understanding project scope, design & selection of project specific equipment’s/components, Creation and PLM release of 3D parts/assemblies, 2D drawings, Calculations and technical documentation as per Ingersoll-Rand standards.
- Work with project partners located in Europe to understand project requirements and execute with highest standards, On time Delivery and First Pass yield.
- Industry Experience: Experience in oil & gas, chemical, power plant or other similar industries as a Product engineer, design engineer, project engineer, or similar roles related to Compressors, Blowers, pumps, turbines, generators or any rotating equipment.
