- Lead pre-contract activities for L1 and L2 projects and drive solution design for Packaging Projects aligned with customer requirements.
- This role supports business profitability, delivers technical excellence, and ensures high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2–6 years of experience in packaging systems or manufacturing environment
- Experience in CAD design (preferably AutoCAD) for industrial/packaging systems
- Strong engineering fundamentals and technical problem-solving capability
- Exposure to technical and commercial discussions/negotiations with customers
- Good communication skills in English with strong influencing ability
- Disciplined, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Job Description
- Lead pre-contract activities to develop customer-centric solutions supporting value selling
- Drive execution of solution design for Packaging Equipment, Lines, and Plant installation projects
- Support mechanical and automation integration for Tetra Pak and third-party packaging equipment
- Identify and manage project scope changes throughout project lifecycle
- Develop and prepare project documentation for procurement and installation readiness
- Contribute to development and maintenance of Packaging Line concepts at Cluster/Global level
- Ensure adherence to global processes, tools, templates, and engineering guidelines
- Maintain strong knowledge of Tetra Pak Product Portfolio and manufacturing principles
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare equipment layouts using AutoCAD
- Support processing business projects and other engineering activities when required
