Eligibility Criteria

  • For roles outside the United States – This role requires significant experience with the function and the digital audio workstation. Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor's degree with experience in a relevant field).
  • For roles in the United States – Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or general education diploma with at least 4 years of experience in the function).

Job Description

  • Performs design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and in accordance with industry standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements. This task includes mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Build upon prior experience and acquired technical expertise to implement a policy/strategy.
  • Thorough understanding of key operational factors; uses this understanding to perform their own work. Thorough understanding of how their own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to their area.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and is able to propose alternative solutions outside of established parameters, within a given framework. Draws upon prior experience and professional training to solve straightforward tasks. Possesses the technical skills and analytical mindset necessary for problem-solving. Can utilize multiple internal sources beyond their own team to make informed decisions.
  • A role at this level is likely to involve an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or a People Leader capable of recruiting and developing talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members.
