About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution, Master's will be a plus.
- 8 to 12 yrs experience will be required.
- Proven experience in industrial and HVAC projects is required; semiconductor industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license will be a plus.
- Experience in steam system design will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in plumbing system design will be an added benefit.
- Demonstrated ability or experience in mentoring junior team members.
- Proven capability to lead and manage large-scale projects.
Job Description
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards.
- Familiarity with NFPA codes related to mechanical systems.
- Understanding of applicable state and local building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Navisworks, PIPE-FLO, or similar hydraulic modeling is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in designing mechanical systems including:
- HVAC systems.
- Chillers and boilers.
- Pump hydraulics.
- Exhaust systems.
- Other industrial/building mechanical systems.
