Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 years of experience in product design and development.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in GD&T and Manufacturing feasibility study.
- Knowledge in electrical products applications is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability.
- Working knowledge on ECN process and creation through SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Job Description
- Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOM's using CAD tools like Autodesk Inventor.
- Carry on "Engineering change management" activities using CAD tools and Fiori application.
- Apply GD&T principles, conduct design reviews, collaborate with CFT like quality, marketing and supply chain team.
- Support prototype development, testing and validation activities.
- Maintain design documentation and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Work within SAP for product data management and change control processes.
- Provide sustaining engineering support for existing products including design updates, issue resolution, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Continuously improve designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance.
