About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in a leading major project delivery.
- Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council.
Job Description
- Strong expertise in building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
- Proven project team and Project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in Mechanical design softwares (HAP, Hevacomp), IES and project management tools. Must be fully conversant with technical software, IES-Part L, H&C Load, TM52,59,54, SAP, Whole Life Carbon
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The applicant should have adequate knowledge on various types of building projects.
