About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–7 years of experience in mechanical design within the distribution or power transformer manufacturing industry (candidates with greater experience are also considered).
- Solid understanding of IS, IEC, and IEEE standards.
- Knowledge of clearance/creepage, basic layout, and cleats lead arrangement.
- Experience in winding design is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, Inventor, CATIA) and FEA tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams globally.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset
Job Description
- Prepare customer documents, manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials.
- Coordinate design activities within a worldwide network of factories.
- Participate in internal design concept reviews.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and demonstrate strong networking abilities.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams across different regions.
