About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Relevant experience of 5 to 10 years is expected in the field of Rotating Equipment for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and other Process Industry applications
- 3D modelling and drafting with UG - NX (Mechanical Routing) & GloBus/Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter/Globus, SAP/Atlas. Knowledge of mechanical design, plant and piping Design
- Knowledge of ASME, API and relevant internal and international standards. Knowledge – B31.3 / B 31.3 piping design
- Knowledge of products (Compressor, Turbine, cooler, lube oil unit etc.).
- Analytical skills, Good communication & Cross cultural skill set. Proficiency in English language.
Job Description
- Responsible for package engineering, design and the installation concept (layout).
- Ability to read and convert client specifications into manufacturing / purchase spec.
- Creation of Technical Concepts & special solutions pertaining to Package Integration and Layout.
- Prepare Technical Specification for compressor base frame, coupling guard, structures and platforms
- Creation of Bill of Materials for ordering of pipe and components
- Responsible for cross-functional collaboration & co-ordination for effective execution of project
- Plan, implement and support detail design engineering in collaboration with customers
- Lead / Support in preparing Checklist, defining processes, procedures, guidelines to ensure the quality of the documents.
- Responsible for quality, Budget & OTD for package deliverables
- Good verbal and written communication skills
