Experience relevant for this job:
At least 1 year of experience in Email marketing / Web development / Analyst role within retail

To build, target, deploy, track and analyse CRM Emails. To follow the standard procedures and provide ideas for process improvements to deliver quality and efficiency
Following the Code of Business Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
Leveraging CI tools/techniques to bring in operational efficiencies/excellence
Building campaign targets and codes based on the briefs
Continuous engagement with eCRM UK team to understand upcoming campaigns and to support campaign analysis as required
Reporting & generating insights via Revenue Reports, email KPIs, Heat maps
nalysing email campaign and testing results by writing SQL or using web analytics packages such as Omniture or Google Analytics
Presenting results to the Email Marketing Team to improve customer engagement
