- Capture user requests for custom designs and templates
- Review, analyze and prioritize the requirements based on user demand and overall strategy
- Compare requirements with existing third-party or internally developed layouts
- Collaborate with stakeholders, the enterprise architect and internal and external developers to design the best layout/template
- Write design specifications for custom applications
- Assign work to developers and oversee the development and test process
