Eligibility Criteria

  • Good Verbal/ Written English Communication
  • Reliable, Confident and Self-starter
  • Resilient and able to face and resolve conflicts
  • Experience in Supporting Overseas Customers
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and ADSL/SDSL Technologies
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access & Windows
  • Windows Server 2008/2012 Experience
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Level Anti-Virus Products
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Basic Networking Skills
  • Basic Linux Skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Preferred (not essential) skills: 
  • MySQL Administration Experience
  • Mac OS X Experience
  • Nagios Experience
  • VMWare / Virtualization Experience
  • Verbal/Written Spanish Communication

  • Directly walk-in for interviews between Monday to Friday (11:30 am to 7:30 pm)
