- End to end knowledge of Recruitment cycle
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle entry level to Mid level requirements.
- Ability to Understand requirements, sourcing & screening of profiles as per the requirement
- Prepare concise and error-free daily/weekly reports
- Manage Interview Scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process Contribute to other activities including Offer release, BGV initiation, Post-offer-follow up, etc.
- Also need to involve in core HR activities like Induction, on boarding,Performance Management.
- Should be able to prepare and manage master data in MS- EXCEL.
