About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate should have Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of proven success in customer support leadership at a high-growth SaaS technology company.
- Experience with SQL and scripting languages PL/SQL, DB performance analysis and optimization. Knowledge or Experience with Application servers.
- Log analysis and performance troubleshooting.
- Some experience with Java/ J2EE coding and development.
- Knowledge of the following tools is preferred: ZenDesk, JIRA, Confluence, Eclipse/ IntelliJ
- Experience working in a start-up software company is a strong advantage.
- Expertise in Business Intelligence software preferred.
- Expect a written assessment based on SQL followed by F2F with team
- Excellent communication skills
Things To Remember
- Shift Timings:
- 5 days working (occasionally including Sat and Sun)
- 1st shift: 6 AM to 3 PM
- 2nd Shift: 12 PM to 9 PM
