Job Description
- Any Graduate. ITIL, RHCSA, RHCE, VMWARE Certification is an added advantage.
- Work Experience: 6 Months to 3 year
- Strong Hands on experience on Linux & Virtulisation
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Looking for candidates who are interested in rotational shifts.
- Good Hands on experience on Linux and Virtualization.
- Key Responsibilities/ Accountability:
- Respond to and resolve all customer inquiries (via phone, e-mail and web)
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain clear and concise ticket documentation with all required data and fields
- Escalate service requests and issues appropriately
- Exercise independent thought within defined procedures and practices
- Manage priorities and act on factors that create priorities
- Generate Knowledge Base entries
