- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, SQL, DB2.
- Good to have Microfcus, Accu rev, EZT,Competent Level, Enterprise Architecture understanding.
- Good skills in personal work organization and time management.
- Industry knowledge - insurance products & processes for different channels/divisions Knowledge, application, & implementation of SDLC methodologies.
- Good problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Concise & comprehensive, written & verbal communication/documentation skills.
- Timely follow up, tracking, & information monitoring skills.
- Ability to multi task, co-ordinate and adapt to change.
- Hands on Experience on COBOL, CICS, JCL, SQL, DB2.
