Job Description
- Candidate should have some knowledge on PC/ Desktop hardware & internal components as well as hardware troubleshooting.
- You should have a working technical knowledge on current protocols, operating systems & standards, especially of Microsoft products, and the ability to read, understand, and implement technical manuals and procedure documents
- Youll be involved in providing monitoring and support for IT services. Periodic maintenance of systems is a major responsibility here.
- Youll also manage data, temp files and cookies, etc.
- You will own the tasks of profile and personal storage backup of mail box, providing support on archiving the PST and assisting mail recovery/creating mail client rules etc. as required.
- We will look to you as our tech expert, and you will own tasks of tuning our systems and making sure they are in good working order.
