Job Description
- The penetration tester will play a key role in executing penetration tests on web applications and mobile applications .
- This role will be responsible for conducting simulated attacks on web & mobile applications. Reporting of vulnerabilities
- in a timely fashion and mentoring other penetration testers.
- Should have in depth knowledge in application security areas like DOM based XSS, XSS exploitation, CSRF,
- cookie attributes, session management, authentication, password storage, hashing, and digital signing, SQLi
- Expertise in common application security tools (fuzzers, proxies, code analysis tools, etc.)
- Expert Usage of tcpdump, wireshark, BurpSuite, SQL Map, nmap, nessus, metasploit and/or commercial tools
- such as Rapid7, Qualys.
- Understanding of databases - Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
- Good Hands-on using Linux Debian Flavors
- Good Understanding of REST API(s)
- Excellent communication skills, must be a team player
