Job Description
- Process cooling is Strategic Business Unit where we intend to build our capabilities and make an impact in the high growth, potential white spaces.
- Thermax Process cooling offers diverse products with the range of Closed Circuit Cooling Towers, Evaporative Condensers, Dry Coolers, Adiabatic Coolers, Air cooled condensers and aim to become a global player in evaporative cooling space.
- Critical Competencies of the job Functional:
- Software engineers with 1-2 years of Development /Programming experience
- Relevant experience in Visual Basic , C# programming and SQL Serv
- Database Development and MS Access
- Expertise in ASP.NET, Visual Studio and basic knowledge on AutoCAD
- Candidates must be willing to write Automation program code & Testing.
- Hands on exposure on MS Excel, MS Access , Oracle database and AutoCAD (using AutoCAD API & Send commands)
- Strong and proven object oriented development skills
- Good in System Analysis and Design
- Should create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Behavioral:
- Should be able to handle the production support issues independently
- Should be able to coordinate with Client – Analyze and define services and interfaces – Full lifecycle application development – Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, code review – Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA and OOD) – Performance tuning – Support, maintain and document software functionality – Integrate software with existing systems
- Should be a Team Player
- Good Project Documentation Skills
- Demonstrate a proven ability to communicate and listen, both verbally and in writing, and present ideas clearly
- Key Performance Indicators: Reduced Designing time with accuracy
