Job Description
- Derive and deliver Technical Solution to the customers.
- Overall technical responsibility of the upgrade scheduled.
- Troubleshoot problems and implement appropriate solutions to problems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Pro-active customer service attitude.
- Participate as defined in any Deployment Plans for scheduled or emergency releases.
- Immediately raise issues or risks to the successful and timely completion of deliverables to the Customer Support Manager or immediate supervisor.
- Transform Customer / Business Requirements into appropriate and timely implementation providing good quality solution.
- Responsible for adhering to customer support standards.
- Complete all assigned tasks on time.
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:-
- Experience in application support is must.
- Exposure to any process related to desktop support, hardware support, network support, ISP support will be an advantage.
- Should have credible customer satisfaction history.
- Good knowledge of software, hardware and networking.
- Should have good knowledge of RDBMS concepts.
- Must be a self-starter with good problem solving skills and should be a good ‘team player’.
- Flexibility in work assignments.
- Good ability to pick up new ideas and learn new skills quickly.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills. Very detail oriented.
- Able to track many product issues and multi-task.
- Strong commitment to producing high quality support that meet our customers needs and win in the marketplace.
- Education and Experience:-
- Should be a graduate/postgraduate in engineering/management or computer applications.
- Relevant additional certifications will be an advantage.
