Job Description
- Develops test plans, test labs and test cases to test the system/application functionality effectively.
- Ensures conformance to overall organizational quality standards and policies.
- Participates in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression and system testing.
- Defines and reports test performance metrics.
- Works collaboratively with development during all stages of all projects to provide in process testing results.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong analytical thinking skills; problem-solving capability.
- Experience in an agile software development environment, with rapid feedback loops and quick release cycles.
- Detail-oriented with a results driven approach.
- High degree of integrity and work ethic.
- Expertise in writing project test plans, reports, metrics & test objectives and individual test cases.
- Experienced in developing test strategies including creation of test scripts / cases, executing testing procedures and tracking of defects.
- Previous related work experience in test automation and performance testing.
- Experience in Healthcare domain preferred.
