Eligibility Criteria
- The Implementation Analyst positions will be responsible for the installation of new applications, application upgrades, or application updates along with the initial support of these applications.
- Implementation and initial support will be completed by remotely installing the applications and/or walking the client through the installation remotely.
- The Implementation Analyst will be required to work with directly with customers to provide product training (hands-on, Q&A, webex/bomgar, etc.) for these implementations.
