- Shift : US Shift (6pm-3am) Home Pickup/Drop available
- Job Functions /Responsibilities:
- providing software support for issues
- Ability to troubleshoot on analytics issues
- Ability to understand the problem and fix the issue, talk the customer through the problem and provide a satisfactory resolution
- Performing data validation to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of analytic models
- Good Judgment and a strong teamwork skills to work well with the team members and members of all other departments.
