Job Description
- Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience developing Android apps either independently or in a team
- Proficient in Core Java, strong understanding of OOPS concepts and basic understanding of Kotlin
- Solid understanding on Core Android Components like activity and services
- Can win arguments on MVP/ MVVM
- Hands on experience using dependency injection frameworks like Dagger 2
- SQL and RDBMS
- Experience using RESTFul , JSON web services (experience in offline first is a plus)
- Understanding of GIT, source control procedures, and feature branching
- Work closely with Project Managers to design develop and test new features
- Strong knowledge of Layouts, Themes, Styles, Views and Other Android UI concepts especially pertaining to material design guidelines
- Up to date on emerging Android Architecture patterns
- Experience building an SDK
- Bonus points: Apps you have published on playstore, open source projects on github, used clean architecture,Kotlin and continuous integration
- Work as a member of Android Team to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with development and design teams to create new features and improve user experience
- Work closely with QA with ensure code is clear and bug free
- Must be able to work in our Bangalore office during normal buisness hours
- Capable of meeting strict deadline and working under pressure
- Libraries we use: RxJava, Dagger2, Retrofit, Architecture components, Junit, espresso, GSON, Gradle
