Job Description
- Must have knowledge of Hardware-Software Inventory, Technical Support process.
- Will have to work on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Office 365, MSCRM, Web Hosting.
- Working with team members to monitor and manage Hyper-V servers, VSS, Daily Backups, Internet and networking, Desktop-server maintenance, application installation and intranet related issues.
- Installation, Configuration & supporting on CRM server & client (Infor CRM ,Sage CRM, MS CRM & ERP applications).
- Installation and configuration Windows desktop- servers.
- Create, configure and maintain Hyper-V, VMWare virtual machines (Windows and Linux).
- Installation, Configuration & troubleshoot MS SQL Server, MySQL Server, IIS Web Server, Apache, PHP.
