Eligibility Criteria
- Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS
- Special consideration will be given to B.Sc. / BCA/BCOM holders with 2.5 years of relevant functional / technical experience. However, there will be a deduction in their relevant experience, as per current policy.
- Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%)
- Candidates with more than 2 years break in their academic / professional career will not be considered
- Correspondence/Part time courses will not be considered.
- Professional with solid experience in working with Banking Institutions in the core areas of Product Management (Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance ) or in the area of back office / middle office operations in the Loans (Liabilities) or Assets Management or Transaction Processing (Core Banking , Payments).
- Strong skills expected in banking domain with excellence in at least 2 of the following areas : CASA / Deposits , Payments , Loans ( Origination , Limits and Collaterals , Servicing) , Branch and Teller Operations , Trade Finance , Accounting & Ledgers.

Job Description
- Work in the Core Product team as a SME to develop solutions for customers on a proactive basis or as a part of Implementations.
- Need to work with the Product Engineering and Testing teams to validate the solutions developed.
- Overall understanding of the Core Banking Solution Landscape and inter dependencies.
- Willingness to travel within India and abroad.
- Work experience with a Core Banking solution provider OR with the IT Solutions Department of a Bank will be an added advantage. 2. Expertise / Familiarity or knowledge in Industry Standards like BIAN, SWIFT, ISO20022, IFX will be an added advantage. 3. Strong communication skills - written and oral.
- Requirement Gathering, Solution Analysis, Solution design, testing, would be the key responsibilities.
- Work in the Product Management team as the solution architect/SME/Business Analyst.
- Consult customers in implementing Core Banking solutions and also Inclination to build a career in Product management & Pre Sales
