- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in human resources, marketing or mass communications
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Experience in conducting events or programs in college or previous internships
- Experience with social media including blogs, facebook, twitter etc. is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneouly
- Engaging - having a natural like of people and a knack for leading
Job Description
- Thinking and innovating new and innovative engagement initiatives/programs, which are in-line with the themes for the year
- Executing programs as per the calendar
- Managing logistics, talking to external consultants and vendors to ensure the programs are driven seamlessly
- Supporting in planning, organizing and branding our CSR initiatives
- Supporting certain cause or social issues like inclusivity, diversity, etc.
- Supporting in promoting our events/programs internally and externally by actively using social media
