Job Description
- Should have a basic understanding and working knowledge on technical platforms like Confirmit, Decipher, Questionnaire XML etc.
- The junior programmer should take a support/learner role in
- analysis, design, development, testing, and Launch of surveys done by Senior resources
- code review for complex sections or different type of requests
- Surveys include various segments like Healthcare, Consumer, Business, etc.
- Should be able to independently script surveys of level-1 complexity using one or
- more survey platforms like Confirmit, Decipher
- Should adhere to the Productivity and Quality standards set.
- Should adhere to the delivery plan created by the team lead or him.
- Should update the Team Lead of the task status in a regular basis.
- Should have good interpersonal skills and be willing to work independently or in a team.
- Effectively escalate the technical issues to senior-level programmers.
- Required to participate in an ad-hoc project assignment.
- Should involve in documentation and testing.
- Require stand-by support during off office hours and public holidays.
- Participate in learning activities/training.
