• Hands on experience in mainframe technologies JCL , DB2, COBOL, VSAM, DASD, CICS TSO. Knowledge of mainframe Tools Spufi, QMF, OPC, Endevor, File- Aid, Expeditor. 
• Has good interpersonal and teamwork abilities, and able to adapt in a diverse working environment
•  Strong problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to handle tight, short- term deadlines Excellent formal and informal communication skills in English (written and verbal) Understanding of software development lifecycle processes 
• Confident self- starter who can work under pressure, using their own initiative and with the drive to see tasks through to completion Troubleshoot issues raised from production and resolve customer problems.
•  Ability to quickly learn complex systems both technically and functionally Good to have Banking domain Knowledge
