Things To Remember
- We are providing the candidates a mutual bond for one year for our security purpose.
- We are taking a security deposit of rs 50000 for one year for which we will provide a company acknowledgement to the candidates.
- The security deposit will be refunded to the candidates after 1.5 years of successful completion.
- The candidates have to make the payment at the time of getting their joining letters.
- If the candidates leaves the company or if breaking any policies before one year the amount will be non-refundable.
- Candidates have 3 months training, no salary in training period.
- In training we are giving ta (transport allowance) to the candidate.
- Salary structure is as follows
- 1st to 3rd month of training no salary. But traveling allowance will be provided.
- After 4th month your salary will be rs 7000
- After 1 year salary increment will be as per company policy.
