Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate should be BE, B. Tech (Computers & E&TC will be preferred), MCA, MCM, BCA and BSc (Other Graduates with relevant experience/ freshers/ knowledge can also apply) with 0 to 3 years of experience in Networking projects/ Technical Support.
- Role is providing technical support Troubleshooting for U.S. customers.
- Required Skill Set:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Client handling & service.
- Troubles either by remote diagnostics or by involving relevant technical/ non-technical teams.
- Should be comfortable in taking inbound calls/ making outbound calls.
- Calls may be required to interact with End customers/ Technicians/ Other teams.
- Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights) weekends holidays..
- Client handling and servicing
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Mandatory Skills:
- Should be open to working in only night shifts.
- Graduates computer/any background.
