About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- 3-6 years' experience
- Good understanding of Win Server 2008, 2012, 2016 / Windows 7/10 environments
- Good understanding/Experience of Windows administration troubleshooting. E.g. DNS, DHCP, IIS, Cluster administration, Event Logs, PerfoMon, Disk Mangement
- Especially windows server performance issues, using perfmon, perfexplorer, rammap, wireshark or any other performance monitoring tools
- Basic or Intermediate Knowledge of SQL. E.g. SQL Jobs, Select Query, SQL database performance issues
- Knowledge of ITIL framework (V3.0 foundation certificate would be added advantage)
- International support experience (preferably US or Europe i.e. good command over verbal and written English)
- Knowledge/Experience on office applications /Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Access/Teams/PowerBI
- Experience/Knowledge on Application/Infrastructure Monitoring tools/solutions: SCOM/AppDynamics/eG/Solarwinds etc.
