- Selling the opportunity to the prospective candidate
- To perform the Full lifecycle recruitment process for Technical, Functional and Techno-Functional requirements across all levels.
- Effectively using the personal network, built-up database, Scheduling and shortlist candidates for the interview
- Working with Candidates on GC/ US Citizens/TN/EAD/H1B/OPT.
- Working on US TAX Terms (W2, C2C and 1099) and Visa Status.
- Building talent pipelines and candidate relationships for future opportunities.
