Job Description
- Plan, develop and manage website, mobile campaign and channel tracking.
- Communicate with marketing department about analysis from campaigns.
- Produce reports for the Marketing team.
- Monitor performance trends with business managers.
- Determine most important KPIs to track
- Discuss the customer experience and behavior with the marketing team
- Work with technical team to establish best practices for tracking tools.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills.
- 3-4 years of experience in web analysis, online commerce, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics. (google Analytics experience is preferred)
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (like Tableau, Spotfire, Advance Excel or Power BI)
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
