- Excellent communication skills
- Graduates with excellent English communication skills are only required.
- Thorough technical knowledge not required but you need to have knowledge about your engineering stream atleast.
- High level accuracy in written english is required
- Strong presentation and people skills required
- Computer literacy including intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office specially Ms Word
- Strong written communication skills is must and attention to detail.
- Ability to review and critique scientific literature
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines
- A meticulous approach to planning and organizing including a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels of a business
Selection Process
- 1.Registered students will be sent a Test link on 23rd January 2020 @10AM which will be valid till 26th January 2020 10AM This test contains 25 multiple-choice questions.The test should take about 90 minutes to complete. There is negative marking for incorrect answers.
- 2.You need to check with TPO of your college for lab arrangements( Computer + Internet). In case you wish to give the test from your college.
- 3. Incase of any difficulty in not giving the test from college then you can give the test from anywhere provided
- you have( Computer + Internet). Avoid giving it from mobile phone.
- 4.Once you submit the test you will receive your score immediately in your registered email address (do check spam folder too)
- 5. If you meet the benchmark score or above then you will be qualified for second test which is aptitude questioner, dates for this will be shared on 28thJanuary2020. All the instructions will be provided to you.
- 6.Once you clear the Second test you will be called to CACTUS Mumbai office or HR will have Skype Interview.
