Job Description
- Youll be involved in providing monitoring and support for IT services. Periodic maintenance of systems is a major responsibility here. Youll also manage data, temp files and cookies, etc. You will own the tasks of profile and personal storage backup of mail box, providing support on archiving the PST and assisting mail recovery/creating mail client rules etc. as required. We will look to you as our tech expert, and you will own tasks of tuning our systems and making sure they are in good working order.
- For this you should have some knowledge on PC/Desktop hardware & internal components as well as hardware troubleshooting. You should have a working technical knowledge on current protocols, operating systems & standards, especially of Microsoft products, and the ability to read, understand, and implement technical manuals and procedure documents
