Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform requirements Analysis activities
- Create design, unit test procedures, integration test procedures and functional test procedures.
- Implement software necessary for the program
- Execute unit, integration and functional testing of software builds
- Perform software Integration and Build Activities
- Meet the Definition of Done (DOD) for a given sprint and Acceptance Criteria for the stories.
- Seek clarification on stories (i.e. requirements) to remove ambiguities.
- Identify tasks and dependencies & estimate the effort to implement stories.
- Identify technical stories that may arise during sprint planning.
- Identify and raise impediments as and when they emerge (especially in daily stand-ups).
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies.
- Communicate lessons learned openly during sprint ceremonies (i.e. daily stand-ups, Retrospective meetings).
