Job Description
- The Role
- Software Test Automation Engineer who will work on automating test cases related to Web and Desktop applications within Edwards, Vacuum Technique business area. A person shall be well versed with various test automation tools and technologies and should have worked in industry with Industrial applications as a domain.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in automation testing for web & desktop applications.
- Hands on experience on C#, SQL and test automation.
- Knowledge and experience of Selenium and Jenkins would be beneficial.
- Abilities in software testing including creation of test scripts/test cases, execution of functional/performance/system tests and tracking of defects using various tools.
- Having knowledge of stress testing, performance, regression and unit testing.
- Good understanding of OOP (Object Oriented Programming).
- Good experience in Agile (Scrum) software development life cycle.
- DevOpps knowledge is must
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies faster.
- What we expect of you?
- In depth knowledge of C# and Selenium.
- Good communication skills as this is a customer facing role.
- DevOps exposure.
- Knowledge of stress testing, performance, regression and unit testing.
