- Job Description:
- Develop Enterprise Level Web based applications in J2EE
- Develop Enterprise Level Desktop applications in J2SE.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Fully develop Web based applications
- Fully develop Desktop applications
- Writing clean, optimised Java & SQL codes to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way
- Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the Website/Desktop and database
- Follow industry best practices when writing Java codes or SQL Queries
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Expert knowledge and command on Java language, who can work on Web Application development as well as Desktop applications.
- Design, develop and code various Web/Desktop applications to ensure projects are implemented on schedule.
- Expert knowledge of relational databases/SQL, mostly MS SQL, Oracle or MySQL
- Good knowledge of AJAX, JavaScript and jQuery(for website development)
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS(for website development)
- Good or Basic knowledge of Android is a very big advantage but not mandatory
- Design creativity is a big advantage but not mandatory
- Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills in English, ability to listen to customer, understand their requirements and respond back meaningfully. Ability to work in a small team or individually and share different tasks which are pertinent to the organization.
- Preferred Attributes:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
