Acsys International Ltd is hiring for Mechanical Engineer

Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Work Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the field of mechatronic and electromechanical systems

• Designing precision components, mechatronic and electromechanical system parts and assemblies in CAD environment
• Generating drawings for parts and assemblies
• Modeling and simulation of design components, such as, dynamic system modeling, kinematic modeling, structural, and thermal analysis.
• Building prototypes
• Creating test fixtures including instrumenting with data acquisition systems and programming
• Unit and system testing of prototype designs
• Mechatronic and electromechanical device development
• Analytical problem solution skills, such as modeling and simulations
• Working with teams in multiple sites
• Formulate design specifications document complying with design requirements
• Conceptualise product design feasibility study, including 3D models and 2D draft analysis
• Create and review 2D, 3D and design analysis documentations
• Create, formulate and schedule design verification and development plan
• Maintenance and modifications of engineering drawing utilising engineering drawing management system
• Provide relevant engineering documentations and specifications to other departments and partnering organizations in achieving project goals. Other departments may include Quality, Fulfilment, Logistics, Procurement, Marketing, Customers Service, Sales, Finance and Management. Other partnering organizations may include OEM, ODM, suppliers and equipment manufacturers.
