Indra Water is hiring for Mechatronics Engineer

• Bachelors in Mechatronics Engineering or proven equivalent skill-set
• Must have strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Must have the ability to multitask and assist in the design and optimization of different systems simultaneously to support multiple ongoing and evolving projects
• Self-starter with a passion for Engineering
• Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and creative in the process of design development. Must be capable of working both independently and within a small team

We are looking for an innovative, deadline-driven Mechatronics Engineer to join our team. To be successful as a Mechatronics Engineer, the candidate must be able to work within demanding timeframes and develop original & practical solutions to problems. Good candidates draw on a wide range of engineering principles and are not afraid to explore unchartered territory.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and enhancing electro-mechanical systems
• Developing robust IoT driven automated systems and firmware
• Conducting research, documentation, and presenting reports at meetings
• Developing design documents for parts and final products
• Identifying weaknesses in production and working on improvements
• Understanding problems & client briefs for product fine-tuning
• Selecting appropriate tools and materials for the manufacturing process
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to network with others and stay on top of field advancements
