- Experience with complex design problems and dealing with ambiguity
- Track record of delivering technical projects
- Belief in, and execution of, best practice engineering
- Able to deep dive with Software Development Engineers
- Experience in an Agile methodology: Scrum, Kanban or similar
- A strong desire for personal development
- More than 5 years of software industry experience, including at least 3 years in technical project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
