Job Description
- Candidate should have experience in Manual Testing with good understanding of the SDLC and STLC. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders;
- Understanding of business
- The ability to work under pressure;
- Attention to detail;
- Competent technical skills;
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Understand and analyze the requirements from the client and read all the documents like BRS and decide what needs to be tested.
- Analyze BRS and get knowledge transfer for CR-change request.
- Participating in preparing Test Plans
- Execute Manual test cases as required by the project
- Prepare Test Cases and Test Data for the test cases
- Prepare Test Environment to execute the test cases
- Defect reporting and tracking till closure
- Execute automation suite for regression cycles as required.
- Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects
- Give mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it
