Job Description
- Build and execute strategic digital marketing journeys on marketing automations tools.
- Manage all CX campaigns across the company - sms, email and other.
- Manage other marketing initiatives like offers and referrals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop and maintain core marketing operations processes .
- Track key metrics and report performance of all marketing initiatives.
- Should have worked across tools in marketing like marketing analytics, campaign management tools etc.
