Job Description
- Maintain and update the asset master
- Monitor performance of the vendors against defined SLAs
- Ensure compliance to defined SLA/KPIs
- Execute O&M activities for inside plant electronics (ISP)
- Ascertain compliance to health, safety, environment and fire policies
- Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives
- Provide leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team
- Coordinate with network operations center for network management
- Ensure adherence to quality management standards
- Ascertain compliance to preventive and corrective maintanence standards for fibre and utility equipment
- Maintain reliability of optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and utility equipment
- Collaborate with infrastructure maintenance core team for maintaining network performance and upgradation
