Job Description
- Build and Manage a team of Analyst.
- First cut evaluation of various M&A opportunities by understanding operations, financial condition and deal prospects;
- Understanding key commercial, strategic and financial strengths and weaknesses of targets to enable clients to identify key investment rationales;
- Prepare detailed Information Memorandum / Board Presentations;
- Prepare Financial Model;
- Preparing preliminary view on the valuation of the Targets, to help clients to appropriately present the deal with board of directors;
- ·Coordinate with targets for collection of information, confidentiality agreements and other documents;
