Job Description
- Drive the development of a zero-defect and customer/ supplier oriented quality mind-set of all employees within the organization &supplier end.
- Ensure that our QMS and execution of processes meets the requirements of the RAC QMS.
- Ensure that the organizaton know about, and fulfill agreed customer specific requirements
- Ensure that the management team is engaged in case of major quality issues & quality nonconformities is handled effectively by the organization by 8D:
- Supplier Claim Handling (SQE)
- Internal Nonconformities (QE)
- Customer Claim Handling (CQE)
- Ensure that employees in the organization have the right quality competencies to execute the QMS-IATF processes and provide them training on needs.
- Drive overall continual improvement process related to quality (by improving process stability and capability)
- Drive the activity, cohesion and development of the local quality team through leadership
- Release quality objectives & Ensure given quality targets is deployed and understood by the organization and R&R is defined to drive continuous improvements on system, processes & products.
- Ensure that quality audit plans (system, processes and products) is planned and executed in the organization and control that corrective and preventive actions is implemented by the organization.
- Handling Change Control Process by coordinating with cross factories/CQM.
