Job Description
- Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle, following the compliance
- Responsible to hire from Portals, LinkedIn, employee referral
- Conducting first level interviews, coordinating with ops round, rolling out offer letters
- Responsible for joining formalities and taking care of all compliance regarding recruitment & selection
- Compiling the applications received and checking the same for certification and educational credentials and other details required
- Ensuring that candidate & panel complete all rounds of interviews & documentation
- Coordinating quality recruitment activities
