Job Description
- This position will report to Asst. Manager or Sr.Engineer to the respective manufacturing locations assigned. The primary focus of this position is to develop & establish a small team for Engineering standardization, Pre-Order, and Post Order Engineering activities.
- Perform day to day pre & post order engineering activities.
- On-time engineering deliverables to the internal and external customers/associates.
- Engineering KPI, Lead Time, revision control, rejection /rework cost of engineering quality control.
- Ensure on-time delivery of technical proposals for process equipment, elements, tools as well as the necessary product documentation
- Project planning and logistical/organizational management up to handover to operations
- Coordination of all team members and departments involved in the project, as well as the selected subcontractors
- Representation of the company and the project to customers
- Calculation of all process equipment according to the specified specifications.
- Design according to various international standards for pressure vessels
- 3D- modeling
- Creation of customer and production & service drawings
- Creation of Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Verification of the design and planning of internal and external tests
- Alignment with operations about manufacturability
- Creation of all necessary tool drawings for manufacturing
