About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years progressive engineering experience in automotive
- Fluent in English and preferably customer language, or be prepared to learn it. Preferably some background in working with OEMs : can be as Program Manager, Account Manager, Quality Engineer.
Job Description
- Technical functional expertise - Has to acquire continuously sufficient product knowledge and technical understanding in order to sufficiently represent company if front of customer
- Background in mechanical design and/or hydraulics, experience with electromechanical systems is an asset.
- Experience with project ownership, design changes, planning tools, DFMEA and Design Validation plan.
- Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to coordinate other engineering teams activities
- Stress-resistant and a strong analytical and creative approach.
- Take decision - appropriate action in case of deviations.
